Please note that due to their bespoke nature, custom-made bridal gowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package and Post
Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
